Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Leslie's Featured Recipes.
Roasting cauliflower gives it a delicious nutty flavour and crispy texture.  I add plenty of freshly ground black pepper to give the cauliflower extra spice. (If you don't like garlic feel free to omit it from the recipe.)

Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 4 cups/1 L)
1 tbsp / 15 ml canola or olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp / 1 ml coarse sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

In a large bowl, toss cauliflower, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Spread cauliflower mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until edges begin to brown and the cauliflower is tender-crisp when pierced with a fork.

Serves 4.
