Ontario Red Tart Cherry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

bananas
1 cup frozen Ontario Chilled and Pitted Cherries
1-1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 tbsp liquid honey

Directions

Using frozen Ontario Chilled and Pitted Cherries makes this smoothie cool and frosty! In food processor or blender, process bananas until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Serve immediately. Makes 3 cups (750 mL). Note: To lighten up this smoothie, use 1% M.F. (or lower) yogurt, serve in 1 or 1.5 cup servings, and consider replacing the honey with zero-calorie sweetener.
