Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

3 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp canola oil
1/4 tsp  dried sage
4  boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3 oz/90 grams each)

Directions

In shallow dish, combine vinegar, honey, mustard, oil, and sage.  Add chicken; marinade for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium.  Transfer chicken to the grill; cook for 7 to 9 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Serves 4

Per serving: 147 cal, 20 g pro, 2 g total fat (0 g sat. fat), 11 g carb, 0 g fiber, 49 mg chol, 106 mg sodium
